These terms define the conditions of use for PixBird (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). By using this service, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
2. Service Format and Processing
This service primarily processes image and video data (resizing, compression, format conversion, frame extraction, etc.) in the browser. Uploaded data is processed on the device and is generally not transmitted to servers. However, behavior may vary depending on the user's environment, browser extensions, network configuration, etc.
3. Disclaimer (Important)
This service is provided by individual development and makes no express or implied warranties. The developer assumes no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages, data loss, business opportunity loss, security incidents, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use this service. Users shall use this service at their own risk and judgment, and shall take necessary backup, antivirus, security measures, etc.
4. Prohibited Acts
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals, acts that infringe on the rights of third parties, acts that impose excessive load, analysis acts such as reverse engineering, and other acts that interfere with the operation of this service are prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights related to programs, designs, text, etc. of this service belong to the developer or rights holders. Users may use this service for personal and business use purposes.
6. Changes and Suspension of Service
The developer may change, temporarily suspend, or terminate the content of this service without notice. If the service is terminated for users on paid plans, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and consider refunds within reasonable limits. However, this does not apply to emergency suspensions due to unexpected technical issues or legal requirements. The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to users by this.
7. Changes to Terms
The developer may change these terms as necessary. The revised terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this page.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law. For disputes arising from or related to this service, the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction court of first instance.

10. Paid Plans and Subscriptions
This service offers paid plans (subscriptions). Prices are as displayed on the pricing page and will be charged in the displayed currency (Japanese Yen, etc.). Prices may change without notice, but existing subscriptions will continue at the current price until renewal.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Credit card information is managed by Stripe, not by us. The initial payment is made when the subscription starts, and subsequent payments are automatically renewed according to the selected plan.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed. Renewal charges occur the day before the current period ends. Users can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal or dashboard.
Users can cancel their subscription at any time. After cancellation, users can continue using the service until the current period ends. After the period ends, the account will automatically revert to the free plan. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and the account will switch to the free plan at the next renewal.
Once paid, fees are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refunds within reasonable limits if there are significant service issues or if legally required. For refund inquiries, please contact us through the contact page.
Plan changes are possible. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
If payment fails, service may be temporarily restricted. Service can be resumed by updating payment information. If payment failures continue, the subscription may be automatically canceled.
The developer may change the content of paid plans. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription.
